Resort & Real Estate Development Producer

Takeshi began his career at a foreign-affiliated architectural design firm, then moved into hotel and real-estate investment for premium hospitality brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Trump International, InterContinental, and Six Senses. A business producer who masters the entire process end-to-end, from the architectural design frontline to the financial backend of fundraising and asset management.

With more than 15 years of hospitality and real-estate development experience across Japan, the United States, and Southeast Asia, his work spans the domestic launch of international brands through to greenfield business development. Grounded in his earlier career as architect and interior designer, he operates as the rare producer who designs design, development, and operations as a single discipline.

His mission: to translate Japanese cultural thinking — wabi-sabi, ma, harmony with nature — into universal value the global luxury market understands and underwrites.
